Happy Summer! Even though it is not technically summer yet according to the calendar, school is out around here, which means summer is upon us! Now maybe we get to enjoy less chaotic schedules, longer days, the pool or lake, and generally less structured days. As the temps rise, so should our water intake. Did you know that you should be drinking about 1/2 your body weight in ounces each day? If you are exercising or working outdoors, you should drink even more than that. That may seem like a lot, and it does mean that you will visit the restroom wherever you go, but the benefits outweigh the work involved. :) Some of the benefits of water include:
