backyard basics: 4 more exercises

Here are 4 more exercises to add to the last 4 that I posted.  The idea is that we will build a library of basic exercises for you to choose from and then you can mix and match them in HIIT workouts.  

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training, and the premise is that you work for a set amount of time and then take a small break between sets.  It is an efficient workout because it doesn't take much time.  I usually do 20-40 seconds of work, and take a 10 second break.  After 8 sets, I rest for 30 seconds before I start over.  

As always, listen to your body, watch your form, and use modify for your ability and comfort level.
