quick workout for glutes,  legs, heart and lungs

Here is a tabata-type workout in which we work for 40 seconds and take a 10 second break.  There are 4 exercises, and we do them each twice.  It takes about 8 minutes.  If you feeling frisky and want a longer workout, rewind and do it again!  

Don't forget to warm up and cool down!
