When I began learning about nutrition and wellness, I used to love to peek into the lives of others and see what they ate on a daily basis. "What I Ate Wednesday" used to be a thing, and I am going to try to bring it back in case you are curious as well. 😁 So, here are my eats from last Wednesday.
