Online Quarterly CoachingEvery three months or so I run a Wellness Challenge, which is a great, economical way to get coaching, education, motivation, and inspiration around the topics of nutrition, movement, mindset, and habits.

Personal TrainingI have had the pleasure of training people in their homes, in the gym, and outside. I enjoy training with free weights, using body weight exercises, and getting creative to keep clients interested, motivated, and having fun.

Nutrition CoachingI am a Precision Nutrition certified Nutrition Coach. My eating philosophy is based on whole foods-- lots of vegetables, lean protein, leafy greens and healthy fats. I am not a big fan of counting calories or restricting food groups- I don't feel those kinds of changes are sustainable for the long haul. I guide clients in making incremental lifestyle changes that replace some of their less desirable dietary habits. In this way it is more likely that the weight is not regained.
